These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Voxpage ("the Service"), a personal podcast engine that transforms text into AI-generated audio content. The Service is operated by Voxpage ("we," "our," or "us").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

To use Voxpage, you must:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at legal@voxpage.app.
Each person may maintain only one active account. We reserve the right to terminate duplicate accounts.
Subscription prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region. All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Pro subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. Auto-renewal can be turned off through your device's subscription settings.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not:
You are solely responsible for the content you submit. You warrant that you have the right to use and submit any text you provide, and that your content complies with applicable laws.
You retain all rights to the text and content you submit to Voxpage. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for generating your podcast episodes.
AI-generated podcast episodes are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may listen to, download, and share generated episodes for personal purposes. You may not redistribute generated episodes commercially without our written consent.
The Voxpage app, its design, features, technology, name, logo, and branding are owned by us and may not be copied or distributed without permission.
Episodes are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations. AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional, medical, legal, financial, or expert advice.
Voxpage does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content. The views expressed in generated episodes do not represent the views of Voxpage.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXPAGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time by contacting legal@voxpage.app. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your stored episodes and data will be deleted within 30 days.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Material changes to the Service or these Terms will be communicated via in-app notification or email.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any dispute will be resolved through informal resolution first (contact legal@voxpage.app), then binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association. You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to class action lawsuits.
